Required Minimum Qualifications and Experiences:

Assistant Manager (Managerial Level): Must have at least 3 years of work experience in a bank and financial institution for a senior officer post by passing a postgraduate or equivalent examination from a recognized university, or at least 5 years of work experience in an authorized category in a bank or financial institution after graduation.

Senior Officer (Officer Level CA): Must have graduated Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized university and have at least one year of work experience in the related field. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in banks and financial institutions.

Senior Officer ( Officer Level IT Engineer): Must have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) from a recognized university and have at least one year of work experience in the related field. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in Banks and Financial Institutions (IT) and have acquired knowledge of Computer Hardware.

Senior Officer (Officer Level): Must have graduated from a recognized university, or similar, and at least 2 years of work experience in a bank or financial institution; Must have proficiency certificate (ten plus two), or similar examination and have at least 4 years work experience in banks and financial institutions.

Officer (Officer Level): Must have graduated from an accredited university or equivalent and have at least 2 years of work experience in banking and financial institutions, or proficiency certificate (ten plus two), or similar exams and at least 4 years of work experience in banks and financial institutions.

Junior Officer (Officer Level): Must have at least 2 years of work experience in Ballum Banks and Financial Institutions after graduating from a recognized University, or equivalent examination, or at least 4 years of work experience in Banks and Financial Institutions after passing Proficiency Certificate (Ten Pairs Two).

Supervisor (Branch Head - Assistant Level): Must have proficiency certificate from a recognized university, or similar examination and have 1-year work experience in banking and financial institutions, or at least 3 years experience in banking and financial institutions after passing SLC or similar examination.

Senior Assitant (Branch Head - Assistant Level): Must have proficiency certificate from a recognized university, or similar examination and have 1-year work experience in working in banks and financial institutions, or have passed SLC or similar examination and have at least 3 years experience in banks and financial institutions.

Light Vehicle Driver: Must have passed SLC or similar examination from a recognized school and obtained a driver's license. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked as light vehicle drivers for at least 2 years.

Office Assistant (Helper): Must have passed Class VIII examination from a recognized school.

Age Limit:

(A) Manager Level: 21 years completed and not exceeding 45 years (B) Officer Level 21 years completed and not exceeding 45 years.

(C) Assistant Level: 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years. (D) Helper: 18 years completed and not exceeding 45 years.

In case of women candidates, the upper age limit will be increased by five years. Employees of this financial institution will not be subject to the mentioned age limit.

(B) Service: Permanent service in the above-mentioned post with trial period of 1 year.

(C) Type of Examination: All or any one of the written experimental interviews for the above post may be one.

(F) Salary, Allowance, and Forest Facilities: As per the rules of the organization.
