Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited Vacancy Notice for Contract Service: Information regarding filling up of application form for contract service of Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited Central Office Human Resource Department

As per the decision of the Board of Directors of this Bank, the meeting of IT Enhancement Roadmap Steering Committee has decided to fill the vacancies in the contract service in the detailed posts as per the date.

Fill in all the details to be filled in the application form prescribed by the bank, along with the certificate of educational qualification and experience specified for your Nepali citizenship, and the applicant post and passport size photo must be affixed in the bank's human resources department and this bank's email ID: hrd@rbb.com. np can also be submitted.

No action will be taken on the application which has not reached the required standard, the minimum required educational qualification, and experience and received after the stipulated time.

Candidates who have been dismissed from the service of the Government of Nepal or any organization or bank / financial institution in future disqualification, convicted by a court on criminal charges of moral turpitude, disqualified from being appointed to any post of bank / financial institution as per regulation and directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank. No action will be taken on the application of the designated person and the person who has been blacklisted without repaying the loan of the bank / financial institution.

If the application form is filled by mentioning false details, the applicant will be responsible for it.

Minimum Required Qualification and Experience:

A. For Banking Software Implementation Project Manager

Qualification and Experience:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information system or equivalent degree from a recognized university
• At least 10 years experience in Core banking product
• Must have hands-on experience in implementing core-banking product
• Hands-on experience in data migration and UAT
• Good knowledge of Retail/ Consumer banking

Additional Qualification and Experience

• Experience in the implementation of Core banking solutions is MUST.
• Industry-standard certifications like COBIT, ITIL is an added advantage
• Project Management Experience, PMP certification will be helpful
• End to end delivery, coordination with clients, vendors
• Manage stakeholder expectation, reporting, and risk management
• Understand client bank's requirement and map it to a vendor offering

B. For Business System Analyst

Qualification and Experience:

• Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of Banking and IT System experience
