The position shall be responsible for overseeing the Branch's Administrative, Service/Experience and Support/Operating activities. The candidates are expected to be proficient in the implementation of prudent banking policies, practices, and procedures in their respective areas of oversight. The candidates should schedule customer service to ensure adequate coverage and handle more complex customer complaints and their grievances with maintaining the highest standard of customer experience safeguarding the bank from reputational risk and supporting daily branch operations. Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Manager

• Proven experience with an excellent track record in leading, managing, and inspiring a team of dynamic professionals.

• At least 5 years of banking experience in domestic/ international banks or five years of experience in related field with Master's Degree or at least 10 years of experience in Banking or other related fields with Bachelor's Degree in Management/IT-Management/Engineering/Computer Science or other related fields.

• Age not below 25 years and not exceeding 50 years as of March 23, 2022.

Eligibility Criteria for Junior Officer/ Officer/ Senior Officer

• Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor's Degree in Management/IT-Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

• At least 5 years of banking experience in related areas.

• Age not below 21 years and not exceeding 40 years as of March 23, 2022.

Eligibility Criteria for Senior Assistant/Supervisor

• Bachelor's Degree in Management/IT-Management/Engineering/Computer Science or related field.

• At least 2 years of Banking experience in a related area.

• Age not below 18 years and not exceeding 35 years as of March 23, 2022.
