1. Secretary to Chairman
Location: Kathmandu
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:

Manage Chairman’s calendar, appointments, and national/international travel arrangements.

Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.

Draft and manage correspondence, reports, emails, presentations, and official letters in both Nepali and English.

Serve as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive documents and communications.

Travel with the Chairman as required for official duties and engagements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting C-level executives in a similar role.

Excellent written and verbal communication in both Nepali and English.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.

2. Group Finance Controller
Location: Kathmandu
Type: Full-Time
Position Reports To: CFO / CEO
Supervises: Finance Managers, Accountants, Compliance Officers, and Analysts within subsidiaries
Purpose of the Role:
The Group Finance Controller will oversee and manage the consolidated financial operations of RKD Group, including all subsidiaries and an associate company, ensuring full compliance, transparency, and accurate financial reporting across the board.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare consolidated financial reports and ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local regulations.

Coordinate internal and external audits and implement recommended improvements.

Maintain and verify shareholder registries; manage dividend and shareholder matters.

Oversee documentation and review of intercompany and related-party transactions.

Monitor and ensure compliance with filings and regulatory updates.

Present financial insights and projections to the Board of Directors.

Manage financial data sharing while safeguarding confidentiality and compliance.

Lead the finance team across subsidiaries, ensuring integrated reporting and best practices.

Maintain custody and systematic storage of financial records and documents.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
-
CA/CPA or equivalent preferred.

Minimum 6 years of experience in finance, including at least 3 years in a senior finance/controller role within a corporate group.

Proficiency in ERP systems and shareholder registry management.

Strong leadership, analytical, and presentation skills.
