Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager (Claims) - 1 (One)Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's degree) in Banking/ Insurance/ Marketing/ Economics / Management / CA/ Engineering/ CA Semi qualified. Prior experience of minimum 5-7 years in Insurance Industry in the concerned department.
Officer / Jr. Officer (Claims) - 1 (One)

Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's degree) in Banking/ Insurance/ Marketing/ Economics / Management.

Prior experience of minimum 2-4 years in Insurance or Banking & Financial Institution/ Industry.

Officer / Jr. Officer (Customer Care) - 1 (One)

Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's degree) in Banking/ Insurance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Management.

Prior experience of minimum 2-4 years in Insurance or Banking & Financial Institution/ Industry in the concerned department and claim settlement.

Branch Heads (Inside and Outside Valley) - Few

Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's degree) in Banking/ Insurance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Management.

Prior experience of minimum 3-5 years in Insurance or Banking & Financial Institution/ Industry

Assistant Manager. / Sr. Officer/ Officer/Jr. Officer (Marketing) - Few

Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's degree) in Banking/ Insurance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Management.

Prior experience of minimum 3-5 years in Insurance or Banking & Financial Institution/ Industry.

Sr. Development Officer / Development Officer/ Trainee Development Officer (Marketing) - Few

Bachelor's degree in Banking/ Insurance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Management.

Prior experience of minimum 1-3 years in Insurance or Banking & Financial Institution/ Industry will be given preference.

Assistant Manager/ Officer/Jr. Officer (HR / Adm.) - 1 (One)

Bachelor's degree (preferably MBA) in Human Resources Management.

Prior experience in the relevant area of at least 2 -4 years is required.

Officer/ Jr. Officer (Legal) - 1 (One)

Bachelor's degree in Legislative Law from a reputed University.

Preference will be given to individual's having Master's degree in Legislative Law Prior experience of minimum 2-4 years in related field especially Business Law.

Other Eligibility Criteria 

a. Must be proficient in typing/writing/speaking in English and Nepali.

b. Must be Computer literate with working knowledge of Office Applications.

c. Preference will be given to the suitable local candidates from the vicinity of branch locations if required.
