Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Limited Company is inviting qualified and dynamic professionals to apply for the following positions:

Position: Sales & Marketing Manager
Organization: Bandipur Cable Car and Tourism Ltd.
Location: Based in Kathmandu, Nepal
Property Location: Bandipur, Nepal
Reports To: General Manager – Hospitality / Business Head


Position Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies for all units under the organization. This includes Queens Tower (luxury hotel), the cable car service, dining, and adventure segments. The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience in tourism, hospitality, and adventure marketing, with a strong strategic vision, leadership qualities, and hands-on experience in digital and brand marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing & Branding

  • Develop a master marketing plan for all business verticals.

  • Establish and position Queens Tower as a luxury five-star property.

  • Create marketing strategies targeting high-value customers across key market segments.

2. Pre-Opening Hotel Marketing (Queens Tower)

  • Lead pre-opening campaign efforts including media partnerships, influencer outreach, and OTA collaborations.

  • Organize launch events and promotional activities in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan, and nearby regions.

3. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Manage SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

  • Maintain engaging online presence through blogs, reels, stories, and cultural content.

  • Oversee website and CRM integration for seamless booking experiences.

4. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Build strategic partnerships with travel agents, OTAs, and corporate clients.

  • Design tailored packages, group deals, and loyalty-based promotions.

  • Focus on both B2B and B2C segments to optimize occupancy and visitor footfall.

5. Public Relations & Media Outreach

  • Develop strong media and influencer relations for brand coverage.

  • Coordinate press releases, FAM trips, and media events.

  • Represent the organization at travel trade shows, expos, and B2B summits.

6. Event Planning & Promotions

  • Conceptualize and deliver seasonal events, adventure challenges, and cultural festivals.

  • Collaborate with local bodies for residential events, MICE bookings, and corporate retreats.

7. Customer Engagement & Loyalty

  • Launch referral and rewards programs to retain and grow customer base.

  • Utilize feedback loops for continuous service improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or Tourism Studies.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in marketing roles, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or adventure-based sectors.

Skills:

  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, SEO, and content strategies.

  • Experience in hotel pre-opening marketing and tourism campaigns.

  • Effective B2B and brand development track record.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and booking engines.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Work Base & Travel Expectations:

  • Base Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

  • Travel: Frequent travel to Bandipur and Pokhara for coordination and on-ground operations.
