ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Bachelor's degree
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant work experience in life insurance sales, banking, microfinance, cooperatives, or sales management
- Proficiency in computer applications and strong interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of office administration and related tasks
