Major Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the branch office to achieve sales targets and given assignments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the Agents and customer base.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents to enhance their knowledge & skills.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to communicate sales targets, product updates, and best practices.
- Monitor sales activities, track key performance metrics, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements governing the insurance industry.

Essential Qualification & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in any Faculty
- Few years of experience in related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Power Point
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills

• IT Officer
Major Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware devices.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to optimize IT operations.
- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including resolving hardware and software issues.
- Evaluate and recommend IT products and services to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Plan and implement IT projects, including system upgrades, Automation, migrations, and deployments.

Essential Qualification & Skills
- At least bachelor's degree in IT related field, preference shall be given to the candidates having experience in software development.
- Knowledge of net web-based applications development including APls, and knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
- Knowledge of SQL Queries, and ability to write optimized queries and Stored procedures.
- Knowledge of Database Administrations - installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, backup, and recovery of database.
- Ability to do requirement analysis and co-ordinate with third-party vendors as per the requirement.
- Knowledge of PHP, Query, and JavaScript will be a value addition.
