Available Positions and Requirements

Head – Compliance/Risk Department (Officer Level, Few)
-
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management (CA, Semi-CA, or ACCA preferred).

At least 5 years of banking experience, currently working at an immediate lower position in any BFIs.
-
Strong command of General Banking Practice, Account Operations, CBS operations, NFRS, and financial statement preparation.

Age not exceeding 40 years.

Preference to local candidates with valid driving licenses.

Head – Legal Department (Officer Level, 1 Position)

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law with advocate license (Master’s preferred).

At least 5 years of banking experience, with knowledge of operations or branch management.

Sound knowledge of laws, acts, rules, NRB directives, and financial regulations.

Age not exceeding 40 years.

Preference to local candidates with two-wheeler licenses.

Branch Manager (Supervisor/Officer Level, Few)

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management (Master’s preferred).

3–5 years of relevant banking experience in branch operations and credit management, currently working at an immediate lower position in A, B, or C class BFIs.

Age not exceeding 40 years.

Preference to local candidates with two-wheeler licenses.

Assistant (Assistant Level, Few)

Minimum +2 in Management (Bachelor’s preferred).

At least 2 years of relevant banking experience, currently working at an immediate lower position in A, B, or C class BFIs.

Proficiency in Pumori Software mandatory.

IT Assistant applicants must have knowledge of hardware, networking, SQL, mobile banking, and IPS.

Age not exceeding 35 years.

Fluency in written and spoken English required.
