JOB PROFILE:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI based on business requirements, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Optimize and execute SQL queries to extract, filter, and manipulate data for use in reports and analysis.
- Assist in building and maintaining data models (tabular and multidimensional) using DAX and Power Query, performing necessary data transformations and custom calculations.
- Work with cross functional teams to gather and understand business intelligence needs, converting them into technical specifications for reporting solutions.
- Support the ETL process, assisting in data extraction, transformation, and loading using SSIS, ensuring data accuracy and availability for reporting purposes.

- Strong understanding of Data Science, Business Intelligence (BI), and Data Analytics.

1. Job Description
- Support and manage day-to-day digital payment operations to ensure smooth, secure, and compliant service delivery.
- Monitor digital payment transactions, settlement status, and service availability across assigned systems and channels.
- Prepare daily operational and MIS reports, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with concerned departments and branches for timely resolution.
- Support reconciliation activities related to digital payment transactions and settlements and ensure accuracy of reports and data.
- Perform operational support tasks including data extraction, validation, reconciliation, exception handling, and follow-up of pending or failed transactions.
- Maintain proper documentation, logs, and records related to operational issues, reconciliations, and resolutions in line with internal control requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new or enhanced digital payment products, including coordination for testing, defect reporting, and closure tracking.
- Assist in production rollout readiness and post-implementation support of digital payment products as approved by Management.
- Identify recurring operational issues, process automation, and support initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.
- Coordinate with Information Communication and Technology (ICT), Digital Enabler (DE), Business Process Reengineering (BPR), vendors, and other stakeholders for issue resolution, system support, and operational continuity.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives, including coordination with ICT/DE or vendors for workflow, RPA, or system enhancements, as applicable to the role.
- Ensure all operational activities are carried out in compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Implement, monitor, and maintain security infrastructure, including firewalls, WAF, DLP, SIEM/SOAR, EDR, XDR solutions, IDS/IPS, Email gateway and endpoint security.

Job Profile:
- Examine and test gold items to determine purity, weight, and its authenticity
