Super Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, headquartered in Tulsipur, has a Class D license from Nepal Rastra Bank. Applications are invited from interested Nepali citizens to reach the central office of this financial institution or email [email protected] with the handwritten application, biodata, certificate of Nepali citizenship, certificate of educational qualification, and certificate of experience within office hours on Wednesday 25th Falgun, 2078.

Vacancy Details:

1. Credit, Monitoring and Supervision Department - Officer - 2 (Two)Graduated from a recognized university, and has been involved in microfinance for at least 3 years. Special priority will be given to those who have studied management and worked in the same post/department.)
2. Planning Accounting and Financial Department - Officer -1 (One)Having passed the postgraduate level in management from a recognized university, worked in the field of microfinance for 3 years or passed the bachelor level and became a semi-qualified CA and worked in the related field for 3 years. Special priority will be given to those working in the same department.
3. Information and Communication Technology Department - Officer -1 (One)Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) from an accredited university for Officer Level and knowledge of computer hardware, office packages, website design knowledge, and experience in running microfinance software. At least 1-year of work experience in the IT/department of the organization.
4. Supervisor / Senior Assistant / Assistant (Branch Manager - BM) - Assistant - FewPassed proficiency certificate level i.e. 10 + 2 and has worked in the microfinance sector for at least 3 years. Special preference will be given to candidates who have worked for 2 years as branch head for the post of supervisor, 1 year as branch head for the post of senior assistant, and have obtained motorcycle driver's license.
5. Trainee (Junior Assistant - Assistant - FewPassed proficiency certificate level i.e. 10 + 2 and obtained sufficient information about the microfinance sector. Special preference will be given to Lumbini candidates.

Note: Age limit: For authorized category 21 years completed and not exceeding 40 years and for auxiliary category 18 years completed and not exceeding 35 years but in case of female candidates, the previous age limit will be increased by five years.

1) Working Location: Central office and various branch offices of the organization

2) Salary allowance and other facilities: As per the rules of financial institution

3) The results of the shortlist will be announced by telephone.

4) The shortlisted persons will be included in the written and oral examination.

5) Candidates on the selection list have to deposit Rs.400 / - for Officer Level and Rs.300 / - for Assistant Level in account No. 0350150183800011 of Prabhu Bank in the name of Super Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. In addition, the deposited voucher will have to be brought when you come to the interview.
