Chelsea has entered the semifinals of Europa League football. In the second leg of the quarterfinals of Thursday, Chelsea beats Slavia Prague 4-3. The London Club Chelsea collectively reached the final 4 with the result of 5-3. Chelsea took 1-0 lead in the first leg game.
Pedro of Chelsea scores the opening goal within just 5 minutes of the game. Another goal was a presented to Chelsea after he ball rebounds and thumps Slavia Prague’s Simon Deli on the bounce finding the back of the net. Chelsea then took a 2-0 lead against Slavia with in the 9th minute of the game. A third goal was bagged by Olivier Giroud's shot from the centre of the box to the bottom left corner, with the assistance of Pedro at 17th minute. The Slavia Prague gained the pace after Tomas Soucek's header at the 25th minute just two minutes apart from Pedro scoring his second for the night at 27th minute, leading away the first half for Chelsea 4-1.
Chealsea who were cruising at 4-1 against Slavia Prague till half time were slammed when Petr Sevcik nets home two strikes, early in the second half narrowing the score 4-3(5-3 aggregate). Petr Sevcik socred his fisrt goal at 51 minutes three minutes early before scoring his second for the night as well. The night then settles with the score of 4-3 at the Stamford Bridge since neither could score further which leads Chelsea to the Semi finals against the German club Frankfurt on 2nd May.
