1. Branch Manager (Jr. Officer/Officer) - 2 Positions
Educational Qualification: Applicants must possess a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or any management-related field.
Job Specifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 6 years of banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs is required.
- Post: For Jr. Officer: Candidates should have previously served in a Supervisor role or above. For Officer: Candidates should have previously served in a Jr. Officer role or above.
- Skills Required: Proficiency in Credit/Account/Compliance/Operation, excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English, good negotiation and presentation skills, ability to meet assigned targets, and effective team leadership.
- Age Limit: Applicants must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 40 years at the time of application. An additional age bar of 5 years can be considered for female candidates.
