Available Positions:

Manager – IT Operations (Deputy Manager/Manager) – 1 Position
The IT Manager will oversee the bank’s IT infrastructure, systems, and services to ensure smooth operations, data security, regulatory compliance, and technological advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee IT system design, implementation, and maintenance (core banking, digital banking, payment systems).
Manage IT security, compliance, and disaster recovery.
Lead IT teams and vendors, implement upgrades, and monitor system performance.
Conduct IT audits and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and other standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7–10 years of IT experience.
Professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, ITIL, or PMP preferred.
Strong understanding of banking systems, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
Age: 25–50 years as of the deadline.

AI & ML Engineer (Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer) – 1 Position
The AI & ML Engineer will design and implement machine learning models and AI-driven banking solutions for automation, fraud detection, and predictive analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize ML models for fraud detection and risk management.
Build AI systems for personalized banking (AI agents, recommendation systems, etc.).
Analyze customer behavior and transaction patterns using big data platforms.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and big data technologies.
2–8 years of experience in data engineering, MLOps, and financial analytics.
Age: 21–40 years as of the deadline.

Cybersecurity Engineer (Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer) – 1 Position
The Cybersecurity Engineer will design and manage enterprise-level security architecture to safeguard banking applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor network and system security (firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS).
Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response.
Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to mitigate risks.
Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies aligned with ISO and PCI DSS standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Knowledge of network security, cryptography, and authentication protocols.
Experience with SIEM tools, endpoint protection, and cloud security.
Age: 21–40 years as of the deadline.
