Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited required hardworking, honest and experienced staff for the central office of a national level microfinance institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, Class D. As there is a required to fill the vacancies through open competition and applications are invited from eligible Nepali citizens for the posts as per the details.

Position / Level / Department / Office	Req. No.	Minimum qualification required
1. Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DECO), Managerial Level, Central Office	1	Having passed the post graduate or similar examination and has been working at the managerial level in a bank / financial / microfinance institution for at least 6 years as the head of the department; Or Executive, having passed the bachelor level or similar examination and has been at the managerial level in banks and financial institutions and has worked as department head for at least 8 years.
2. Assistant General Manager (AGM), Managerial Level, Central Office	1	Having worked for at least 5 years as departmental head at a managerial level in a bank / financial / microfinance institution after passing the postgraduate or similar examination or at least 7 years working as a departmental head at a managerial level in a bank and financial institution after passing the bachelor level or similar examination.
3. Senior Manager, Managerial Level, Central Office	1	Having passed the post graduate or similar examination and has been at the managerial level in a bank / financial / microfinance institution and has worked as a department head for at least 4 years; Or having passed the bachelor level or similar examination and has been at the managerial level in banks and financial institutions and has worked as department head for at least 6 years.

Age Limit: Must have completed 21 years and not exceeding 55 years for DCEO, 21 years for Assistant GM and Senior Manager and not exceeding 45 years. However, in case of women candidates, the upper age limit will be increased by five years.

Salary and other facilities: will be as per the rules of financial institution.

Selection Process: Candidates shortlisted will be selected through one or both of the presentations and interviews.
