Central Finance Limited, a national level, "C" Class finance company licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, invites applications among the highly motivated, skilled, dynamic, self-driven, and qualified Nepalese citizens for the following branches:

Upcoming: Itahari, Birtamod, and Birgunj

Existing: Inside & Outside Kathmandu Valley

1. Branch In-charge (Officer Level)

Minimum Bachelors degree in the relevant subject, master degree preferred,
Experience in BF's is mandatory,
Ability to check credit histories, assess risk and make decisions on lending,
Ability to lead and motivate a team,
Have a confident and assertive manner,
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines,
Ability to develop and meet targets

2. Credit Department (Officer to Assistant Level)

Minimum bachelor's degree in relevant subjects,
Experience in arts is preferred,
Ability to check credit analysis & histones, assess risk and make decisions on lending,
Age not exceeding 30 years.

3. Operation Department (Officer to Assistant Level)

Minimum bachelor's degree in relevant subjects,
Proficiency in computer operation required,
Experience in BF's is preferred,
Age not exceeding 30 years.

4. IT Department (Supervisor to Assistant Level)

Minimum bachelor's degree in It
Experience with MS SQL databases,
Experience in BF's is preferred,
Age not exceeding 30 years.

5. Legal Department (Officer to Assistant Level)

Minimum bachelor's degree in Law,
Experience in BF's is preferred,
Age not exceeding 40 years.

Candidates am expected to be proficient in both mitten and spoken English/ Nepali with excellent marketing, communication, and interpersonal skills and be computer literate with working knowledge.
