1. Chief Finance Officer (CFO): Assistant Chief Executive Officer (1)

  • Location: Head Office
  • Job Specification:
    This position is responsible to direct and oversee all the financial activities of the Bank, including the preparation of periodic financial reports and provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the Bank. The objective of this role is to make significant contribute to the achievement of the company objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategies and supports the leadership team in policy formulation and setting the business directions of the organization by providing necessary inputs.
  • Qualifications
    Master's Degree in accounting or business administration with a Professional Qualification under any Institute of Professional Accountants like CA/ACCA.
  • Experiences
    Candidate must have at least 15 years of progressive financial management experience with a successful track record in a senior finance leadership role and must be currently working in the position of senior manager for at least 5 years.

2. Chief Operating Officer (COO): Assistant Chief Executive Officer (1)

  • Location: Head Office
  • Job Specification:
    The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the bank's operational functions. The COO ensures the efficient and effective execution of operational activities while maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering exceptional customer experi-ence. The position combines strategic thinking with operational expertise to drive the bank's growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Qualifications
    Must have completed at least CA or Master Degree from recognized university.
  • Experiences
    Minimum of 15 years of experience in Commercial Bank and at least 5 years of experience in related job functions.
    Must be currently working in the position of Senior Manager for at least 3 years.
    Preference shall be given to candidates having additional knowledge in the area of Information Technology and also can equally handle position of Chief Information Technology Officer.

3. Chief Recovery Officer (CReO): Senior Manager (1)

  • Location: Head Office
  • Job Specification:
    The Chief Recovery Officer (CReO) is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to recover non-performing assets (NPAs) and managing distressed loan portfolios efficiently.
    The candidate must possess strong leadership analytical and risk management skills to drive the banks effort in reducing credit losses and ensuring the Overall health of loan portfolio of
     the bank.
  • The CReO is responsible for planning, leading, and executing strategies to recover the bank's assets, mitigate credit risk, and ensure financial stability during challenging economic condi-tions. This role is vital in safeguarding the bank's financial health, reputation, and long-term viability.
  • Qualifications
    Must have completed at least CA or Master Degree from recognized university.
  • Experience
    Minimum of 10 years of experience in Commercial Banks and at least 3 years of experience in related job functions.
    Must be currently working in the position of Manager for at least 3 years.

4. Chartered Accountant (CA): Senior Officer / Officer / Junior Officer (Few)

  • Location: Head Office, Various Departments
  • Job Specification:
    Candidates must have thorough knowledge of NRB Directives, BAFIA, NFRS, IFRS, GAAP, Auditing Standards and other relevant rules and regulations to banking.
  • Qualification:
    Chartered Accountancy from ICAN or any other recognized body.
    Experience:

    Candidate is responsible for reviewing financial records, including bank statements, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
    Maintain detailed records of reconciliation activities, including documentation of discrepancies and their resolutions.

8. Information Technology Department: Associate System Admin: Senior Assistant/Assistant: (Few)

  • Location: Head Office
  • Job Specification:
    This position is responsible for supporting organizations IT structure by assisting in manage-ment, maintenance and optimization of system and networks.
  • Qualification:
    Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (BSc. CSIT, BCA, BIT, BE Computer, BIM, BSc. ICT) from a recognized university.
  • Experience:
    Candidates must have knowledge of Server, Network Operating System such as Windows Server, Linux, and Cisco IOS and must be familiar with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Sphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
    Familiar with management of monitoring system like Nagios, Zabbix will be preferred.
    Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft certified: Azure Administrator
    Associate, RHEL, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and competent in shell scripting, python, java will be preferred.
