Required Qualification and Experience:

For Trainee Development Officer, Development Officer / Sr. Development Officer (MARKETING):

Fresh graduates with an objective to build to a career In the insurance industry are highly encouraged to apply for Trainee Development Officer
Bachelor's degree in Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Economics or Management.
Prior experience of Minimum 1-3 years in Insurance, Banking & Financial institutions/ industries.
Remuneration and other facilities will be as per the Company rules.

For Junior Officer / Officer/ Senior Officer (MARKETING):

Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's degree) in Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Economics or Management.
Prior experience of Minimum 3-5 years in Insurance, Banking & Financial Institution/Industry.

For Compliance / Legal Officer:

Bachelor's degree in legislative law from reputed University.
Preference will be given to individuals with having a Master's degree In Legislative Law Prior experience of a minimum of 2 years in a related field.

Junior Officer/ Officer (Technical) for Agriculture and Micro Insurance:

Bachelor's degree in Animal Science/ Agriculture from reputed University.
Prior experience of a minimum of 1 year in the related field. Sound knowledge of the insurance sector.

Marketing Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager (MARKETING):

Bachelor's degree (preferably Master's degree) in Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Economics or Management.
Prior experience of Minimum 5 -7 years in Insurance, Banking & Financial Institution/Industry.
Good interpersonal skills.
