- Visit Company’s branches all across the country and conduct training to Company’s agency force and employees as per calendar and need basis.
- Providing training on motivation, team building and team work, sales techniques, communication, etc. are the basic requirements.
- Provide different levels of trainings from basic to advance level based on the category of agents/employees.
- Present information using variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
- Stay updated with current life insurance market trends and the changing demands of the market.
- Develop the needed training material.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferably 2 years of training experience in life insurance sector
- Classroom management skills
- Knowledge of life insurance industry including products, processes and terminology
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups
- Knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods
- Excellent presentation, oral, written, and interpersonal communication and team facilitation skills
- Leadership and motivational skills
- Preference shall be given to certified trainers

Compliance & Internal Control Officer
- Ensure business operation are performed in compliance with laws, regulatory requirement and internal policies.
- Perform risk assessment to determine risk level, significance and scope.
- Investigate irregularities and non-compliance issues.
- Establish robust and effective compliance control system within the Company.
- Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit and non-compliance issues.
- Assist in development, implementation and maintenance of Anti Money Laundering (AML) program with the Company.
- Ensure compliance with current AML regulations.
- Keeping and maintaining records of high risk customers and reporting suspicious transactions to the authorities.
- Develop compliance programs, review company policies and advise the Management on possible risks.
- Keep up-to-date with latest regulations and processes and ensure all employee are educated on the same.
- Conduct AML training program to all employees.
- CA or ACCA qualified or semi qualified
- Preferably 1-4 years of experience in the related field
- Good knowledge of legal requirements and compliance
- Understanding of financial statements (preferably Insurance Companies) and its component
- Updated with latest accounting framework
- Excellent analytical skill and ability to accurately interpret complex document and policies
- Good understanding of AML and CTF framework
- Should have strong moral code and sense of ethics
- Excellent presentation, oral, written, and interpersonal communication and team facilitation skills
